For a late spring, summer or early fall outdoor wedding ceremony or reception, Trail Creek Pavilion at Sun Valley Resort is Idaho’s premier venue for a country wedding. Located in the middle of the fields of Sun Valley, the Pavilion has stunning views of the neighboring Bald Mountain. The venue lays next to its namesake “Trail Creek,” which offers a beautiful compliment to the open space. Beautiful and treasured photographs of you and your new spouse can be taken on the Trail Creek Bridge. The outdoor venue which exudes elegance, is equipped with white tent liners, chandeliers, a heating system, french windows, and a romanesque cobblestone floor. For a more casual event, the grassy area has room for carnival type games, horseshoe pits, volleyball nets, picnic tables, a fire pit, and a rough-cut log bandstand- perfect for a country hoe down. Surrounded by mountains and gorgeous fresh flowers, your outdoor wedding will be unforgettable.

Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by 1:00AM.
The rental fee is $8.000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 16 hours of rental time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee is $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. There is a $65 per person food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please note, Ceremony-only price may vary based on location and guest size.
