Set up time can start 30 minutes prior to start of event. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $7,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
