The house accommodates 110 seated guests and 150 standing, buffet style guests. The LakeHouse features a foyer, main room with large wood dance floor and seating area where beautiful French doors open onto and outdoor patio. This patio can also accommodate a large tent.

On the lakeside of the building are french doors leading to a covered porch with a magnificent view of the lake. Approximately 50 yards away, a charming gazebo that overlooks the lake is also available.
