Equipped with a luxurious Lower Lobby, intimate Tea Room, and Top Bar with skyline views, each of these spaces are perfect for socializing with wedding day guests. For the ceremony and reception, this venue features a White Ballroom with a full size dance floor, and a Black Banquet furnished with beautiful chandeliers. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time but will depend on the venue's availability. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

A $15K catering/rental fee total minimum is required in order to book your wedding in our spaces. The venue allows 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $2,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. The meal selection is family style, not buffet. The meal price per person ranges from $85-95 per person. Custom menus can be arranged. The venue offers daytime weddings. Please inquire with the venue for the exact rental fees and food and beverage minimums that would apply.
