Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:00PM.
There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a 50 person guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows a full day rental. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $550 and includes an extra hour of event time.
