Description

Become part of a legacy when you wed at Moratoc Park, the site of the original wharf of Williamston, North Carolina. This beautiful 18-acre, county-owned park on the Roanoke River is a stunning location to hold a truly unique wedding. The building features a river overlook as well as a fishing pier, perfect locations for a romantic “First Look” moment. If you would like to host an indoor ceremony you may seat 250 guests as they watch you say your vows in front of the cozy stone fireplace. The river overlook is a gorgeous spot for an outdoor ceremony that can be made personal with your choice of festive decorations. You may set up a reception indoors and have a more formal dinner while others choose to take advantage of the covered outdoor kitchen to host a casual fish fry or pig roast! The venue also includes playground equipment to insure that guests of all ages have a great time at your wedding.
