Description

The Westerville Community Center opened in November 2001 on 25 acres of gently rolling green space, accentuated by a two-acre pond. The flexibility of the space can accommodate multiple sized weddings, whether a small and intimate gathering or a large elaborate affair. Also available are individual Buckeye Rooms. Buckeye B has a vinyl floor, sink with counter space and five square tables with chairs. Buckeye C room is carpeted and includes table and chair setup. Both rooms make excellent bridal rooms or gift rooms. With a list of approved caterers to guide you on vendor and menu choosing, your planning process will be filled with ease. Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM Monday thru Saturday, 9:00PM on Sunday.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $390 to $765 for a ceremony and reception for a minimum of 5.5 hours that includes free set up and clean up. The rental fee ranges from $260 to $510 for Westerville residents. Additional hours may be purchased if more time is needed. Same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Please inquire with venue for details and pricing. A refundable security deposit from $50 to $200 is required. Please note, no alcohol is allowed on venue.
