Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight. There is a fee of $500 to rent the property the day before for additional set up time.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $3,600 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $700 to $1,400. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $140/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. There is a $175 fee to use the kitchen.
