The Mercer Island Community & Event Center overlooks Luther Burbank Park, providing spectacular Lake Washington and Cascade Mountain views from every room. There is ample room for the entire wedding party to prepare for the big day in one of the five spacious Bridal Rooms. Hold a romantic outdoor ceremony on the Terrace where you will make your grand entrance on the monument steps and say your vows shaded from the sun on the covered terrace. The 2,940 square foot Multi-purpose room can seat up 225 guests allowing you to create the lavish reception of your dreams. The professional catering kitchen on site will allow the catering team of your choice to have ample space to prepare the menu that you crafted to fit your individual taste. Dance the night away on the hardwood dance floor and take a break on the terrace where the crisp island air will give you energy for the bouquet toss!

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

$175 per hour for the Mercer Room. Additional $40 per hour for extended hours (Friday 9 pm - 12 am, Saturday 9 pm - 12 am, Sunday 8 am - 11 am and 5 pm - 10 pm). Terrace is $55 per hour. Kitchen is $50 per hour. Deposit of $150 or $400 due at the time of booking.
