Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 5:00PM and events can start at 6:30pm. Events must end by 11:00PM unless additional time is purchased. The Swaner Forum is the only event space available during public museum hours.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $11,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. The rental fee for a ceremony ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on package, please inquire with venue for more details. Please inquire with venue coordinator for additional space and package options and daytime availability. All alcohol beverages must be served by a certified bartender.
