Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $800 to $1,000 with reception rental and $1,000 for a ceremony-only wedding with no reception. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $2 per person per hour. Please inquire about using outside catering services and about off-peak discounts and bar pricing for daytime weddings.
