Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for a ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire for weekday daytime minimums. The venue allows 5 hours of evening event time and 4 hours of daytime event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee based on bar costs. The food and beverage minimum on holiday Sundays is $9,000 for evening events and $4,500 for daytime events. Please inquire about off-peak season discounts and premium bar options.
