A historic property with 2,700 acres, 19 of which are oceanfront which makes Dillingham Ranch a one-of-a-kind destination for your wedding. Situated on the North Shore of Oahu, this beautiful estate features famous grounds for polo, an elite equestrian center, the largest coconut plantation in Hawaii, and at the heart of the location, the Dillingham Lodge. Generally known as the “Big House,” the lodge incorporates 3,000 square feet of elegant space, truly meant for a rustic chic reception. With hardwood floors spanning out to meet a warm fireplace, the lodge creates a comfortable and inviting setting. When the party is over, it can also serve as a great honeymoon spot, with a top-grade 700-square foot kitchen and eight bedrooms divided into two wings. This unique setting makes Dillingham Ranch a rare venue, offering the true Hawaiian spirit with sandy beaches and beautiful mountain landscapes. Time Restrictions

Set up can begin the day before the event. Events must end by 10:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 for ceremony and reception and includes use of the facilities from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
