The Grand Ballroom features enchanting chandeliers, delicate crystal wall sconces and impressive 24’ ceilings. The Small Ballroom, decorated with graceful wall sconces and large windows, gives guests a panoramic view of the majestic rolling countryside. The Entrance Hall complements the ballrooms with traditional wainscoting and rich hardwood floors. Rose Hill Manor offers a distinctive second floor mezzanine overlooking the grand ballroom. In addition to stunning, historic interiors, Rose Hill Manor features one of the largest outdoor patios in the state of Virginia with expansive views of the surrounding estate. The Brick Patio provides an intimate landscaped area with a view of the elegant rear façade. A beautiful Colonnade is located in the Gardens on the property. The idyllic setting near the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains creates a stunning backdrop for your wedding at any time of the year.

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 6:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $9,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only ranges from $4,000 to $9,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
