The Manor, an indoor option, offers a covered patio as well as beautiful cypress trees, vibrant flowers, and luscious greenery surrounding a wood burning stone fireplace, wooden beams, and wrought iron details which all highlight the Tuscan ambiance. Down the winding pathway from The Manor, or across the lovely wooden bridge from The Ballroom, The Courtyard is paved with stone bricks and outlined with beautiful cypress trees and landscape. A wooden pergola frames an outstanding view of the pond, waterfall, and woods, providing a picturesque backdrop to a wedding ceremony. The Ballroom features high ceilings with wooden beams and a crystal chandelier that contributes to the timeless elegance and spaciousness of the space. Large windows and glass doors in the front and back of The Ballroom allow lots of natural light into the room.

Set up time can start at noon. Events must end by 1:00AM.
The rental fee ranges from $5,500 to $12,875 for a reception for 100 guests and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is an additional $38.50 per person fee after 100 guests. The patio is unavailable on Friday and Saturday. The set up fee for a ceremony is $995 with reception rental or $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
