Set up time can start at 2:00PM. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $500 to $700 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $800. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $6.50 per person per hour. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events.
