The rental fee ranges from $200 to $1,250 for a ceremony and reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $750 to $1,000 with reception or $1,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr.
