Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,700 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time including one hour set up and one hour of clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $450/hr.
