Rental Fees

The rental fee is $6,000 for a ceremony and reception, which includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and is either $15,500 or $155 per person, whichever is greater and excluding service charge. The site fee for an outdoor garden ceremony is $4,000 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
