Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 11:00PM or until 2:00AM for a fee.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied for more than 100 guests. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $500 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $5/per person per hour.
