Gearhart Hotel is located in the historic Kelly House, a classic Cape Cod style building originally built in 1890 as a retreat for wealthy Portlanders. Couples that dream of a beach wedding will walk down a sandy aisle, just steps from the hotel, and say their vows in front of the dramatic Pacific Ocean beachscape. Alternatively, couples that prefer a golf course wedding can choose to wed on the expansive manicured lawn overlooking the first hole. The lawn is also a perfect place to set up circular tables for an impressive outdoor reception. For an indoor reception the Livingstone Room offers ample space for 180 guests to enjoy a wonderful night of dinner and dancing. For a more intimate affair the Chautauqua Room in the San Trap Pub is the perfect spot for a cozy reception in a classic room with green coffered ceilings and pub lighting. Afterwards your guests can retire to one of the 18 guest well appointed guest rooms in the popular hotel.

There is no rental fee for a ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 15 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $3,000 to $5,000.
