The staff at Avondale Reception Hall will exceed your expectations with superb service in the beautiful 4,500 square foot Wedding and Reception Center that accommodates up to 200 guests. The minimalist decoration style in the Hall allows you to express your own unique style in the decorations you choose. For a rustic feel you may choose to bring in a handmade altar where you will exchange vows in front of your loved ones. For a lavish reception, string the Hall with twinkling lights and luscious drapery. A Rococo style installment of white pillars sits behind the banquet table and will add a regal air to your reception. The brand new tile floor makes for an excellent dance floor as well as the perfect stage for a bouquet or garter toss!

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 4:00PM. Events must end by 12:30AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $4400 for a ceremony and reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time, it also includes Bartender, waiters, cake, Dj Service (Master of Ceremony, Host and Planner), Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. Approved outside caterers are allowed.
