Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $6,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. The Aerie allows outside beer and wine with corkage fees. Must arrive pre-chilled, no refrigeration or storage is available. It is the responsibility of the client to remove any unopened wine and kegs. The Aerie is not responsible for anything not provided by us.
