The Beaverkill Valley Inn wedding planners and chefs are experienced in providing flexible, rain or shine, worry-free coordination for your perfect wedding. Each wedding menu is customized to cater to the bride and groom's wishes and feature locally grown produce and pasture raised meats. The Inn, grounds, and the famous Beaverkill River provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding ceremony. Following your ceremony, enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the front porch or amidst the lush gardens and trees. Intimate weddings may choose to use the Inn's dining room and bar for their reception. While larger weddings may opt for a tent placed in the Inn's meadow where you can dance the night away in the balmy breezes.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for a reception but there is an $80 per person charge for tent rental on all outdoor weddings. The venue includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for an outdoor ceremony is $1,000.
