Have the outdoor ceremony you have been dreaming of. Exchange vows in a whimsical ceremony out on the beautifully landscaped garden space. In the spring and summer, the expansive lawn is also a great space for pre-ceremony and pre-reception cocktails or an al fresco cocktail reception. If you would prefer to exchange your vows indoors, you can use the main event space. Your options include flipping the space from ceremony to reception site or divide the vast space into two. With Fair Market the possibilities are endless. Add drapes to create a swanky lounge area with modern plush or antique vintage furniture. Bring in greenery and shrubs for elegant themes that include natural elements. Hang stringed lights, personalized banners, paper globes, or stylish lanterns. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $7,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr.
