The rental fee ranges from $10,000 to $16,000 for up to 100 guests. There is an additional fee of $75-$85 per person after 100 guests. The venue allows for 5.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $700/hr. Discounts are available for off-peak season.
