There is no rental fee for the reception. Food and beverage minimums apply to all events range from $600 to $7,000 depending on the total guest count and amount of ballroom space required. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A non-refundable security deposit of 25% of the total venue wedding cost is required. This deposit is applied to the master bill at the conclusion of the event.Amenities And Requirements
