The rental fee ranges from $500 to $750 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage applied to events. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $250 to $400. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
