Ivy Room Overview

A modern oasis in the heart of River North at Medinah Tree Studios, just two blocks from the Magnificent Mile, and in close proximity to the Loop, Navy Pier, and Millennium and Grant Parks, The Ivy Room embodies a history of artistic elegance. The ballroom windows offer picturesque views of the courtyard garden, transforming every event into an extraordinary experience.

Venue Notes

• $2,000 WEDDING FEE, includes the following: - 4 Hours of supervised set-up prior to the start of your event - 6 Hours of event time - 2 Hours of supervised break-down of your event decor - 2 Hour final walk through with vendors 2 weeks prior to your event - A Tasting for up to 4 guests for menu planning - Wedding Ceremony set-up and transition - Coat Check Attendant on the day of your event - Doorman on the day of your event - Rehearsal for the wedding party (date/time confirmed 1 month in advance of date of wedding) • FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM: Ivy Room provides all food & beverage in-house and there is a food & beverage minimum that must be met to secure the space on a given date. The minimums fluctuate based on day of the week and season of interest. Please inquire for the minimum on your preferred date • 11.5% TAX: All F&B costs are subject to Chicago City tax • 3% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: 3% of the food, beverage and rental subtotal is used to support the staff leading up to your event. Our team of event managers is at your disposal as you plan your event and details evolve and change. On the day of your event, a team of managers is on site to make sure your event service is executed to the highest standard. • GRATUITY: Like in a restaurant, our service staff is paid through tips. As the host, you determine the percentage of gratuity you would like the service team (bartenders, bussers and servers) to receive. • OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: - Additional event hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hour - Please inquire if you would like to host valet parking or are interested in purchasing validated parking vouchers at a nearby self-park garage for your guests
