Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $5 per person except for the Beach Side Deck is managed by the City of Deerfield Beach and the permit cost is $318 plus $100 refundable deposit an additional $5 per person. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
