Olympia's Valley Estate Overview

If you are looking for the ultimate venue that will incorporate history, nature, and family for your wedding celebration, look no further than Olympia’s Valley Estate. This family operated farm has been in existence for over 100 years and sits on over 2,000 acres of land that includes an organic apple orchard. For your special day you and your guests will have exclusive access and use of the venue. Pledge your undying love for each other overlooking the pond, in a tranquil ceremony surrounded by Weeping Willows and loved ones. Following the ceremony your guests will mingle at the cocktail site located behind the 1865 Victorian home. The cocktail hour site features an Allen Scott brick oven, perfect for bite size pizzas or flatbreads for hors d’oeuvres. The culmination of your wedding events is your reception – you and your guests will enjoy dinner and dancing in the 150 year old barn. The barn boasts plenty of mood lighting with Italian string lighting, vintage chandeliers and sconces to provide you with a magical atmosphere. The warm staff will work tirelessly with you to ensure your day is nothing less than perfect.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $10,000 to $18,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. An additional per person fee of $100 is required for guests over 125 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the site rental fee is required. Venue is accepting inquiries for 2016 dates. A licensed Event Coordinator is required with the venue's approval.
