The rental fee is $3,800 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The food and beverage minimum starts at $7,500 on Saturday evening events. Please inquire with the venue for exact food and beverage minimums that apply. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $700 to $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $2,500 is required.
