Description

Building 212 is a beautifully converted warehouse that has kept all of its rustic, industrial charm while incorporating an updated modern vision. The bright, white space has a myriad of possibilities for design and event personalization. Located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento, it is easily accessible by public transit and provides ample free parking for guests. The venue is divided into one large "gallery" hall that is perfect for anything from an intimate ceremony to an extravagant party. It has soaring 30-ft., wood beam ceilings and a separate loft lounge. The space also has unique design touches like limestone seating by Mill Thirteen and bamboo lighting by Schmitt Design. Two smaller rooms located next to the gallery can be utilized as well -- ideal for intimate gatherings or a waiting room for the bridal party. Together they offer nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of space for you to transform into the ideal setting to throw a spectacular wedding celebration!
