Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Reception must end by 10:00PM and after party must end by midnight. Please inquire with venue coordinator for off-peak availability for events of 30 guests or less.
The venue rental fee is $4,200 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For weddings larger than 30 guests, a tent is required to be rented and has been included in the rental fee. Tent and other rentals are provided by a third party vendor. The third party vendor provides the the tent with clear walls, customized lighting, a dance floor, tables chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, and silverware. Prices for the tent and other rentals are subject to change based on guest count, customized decor, and up grades. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. Maximum capacity is 112 for a seated dinner. Please inquire for maximum capacities for stations style dinner, family style and cocktail style receptions.
