Maple Lawn Estate Overview
Nestled amid the picturesque vegetation between Boyd Memorial Park and Marin Academy in San Rafael, Maple Lawn Estate is a stunning venue steeped in classic design. The spacious and elegant bridal suite is decorated with antique-inspired furnishings. Magnolia Terrace, our outdoor garden, is the jewel of Maple Lawn and the perfect site for a ceremony and reception under the California sun. The garden is surrounded by blooming Magnolia trees from May through July. Lights are strung around the perimeter and above the brick aisle. An archway at the end of this path will beautifully frame the bride and groom as they say their vows. Down the center of the lawn stand two gorgeous, multi-tiered fountains cradled by plush grass and tall trees. A canopy-covered patio and outdoor bar can host a DJ or live band for dancing and recreation.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $6,000 - $9,000 for a ceremony and reception. These fees include access to our dressing rooms inside the mansion as early as 10am. The fee for a Ceremony Only wedding is $2,500. The Drake Bar can be rented for an optional After Party until 1am! Please consult with facility rentals for more details. A non-refundable event deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your wedding date and gets applied towards your event package total.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required- Wheelchair access limited
