Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 10:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $600 to $2,500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $600 to $1,200 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged upon availability. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the food and beverage minimum is required.
