Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $15,000 to $25,000 for the reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Ceremony includes an extra hour of event time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $5,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.
