Monday through Friday events must begin after 6:00PM with setup during business hours. For Saturday and Sunday weddings, the venue is available for setup at 8:00AM. Events must end by 2:00AM.
The rental fee ranges from $7,000 to $8,000 for up to 300 guests and includes 10 hours of facilities use including set up and clean up time. For each additional 150 guests, the rental fee is $1,000 extra for up to 650 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. Other fees include $1,500 for labor, $250 for set up, and $275 for cleaning for all events. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
