The rental fee ranges from $5,950 to $20,750 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. An additional clean up fee is applied to all events and ranges from $700 to $1,500. Fees reflected in the spot estimate include both room rental fee and clean up fee. The base prices for open bar are for a 4 hour bar time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required.
