The rental fee is $500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 2 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. There is a 20% non-refundable security deposit on the total rental amount to be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Full day rentals benefit from a -10% discount. Evening and weekend surcharges may apply. Private tours of the archive will incur an additional fee.Amenities And Requirements
