The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $3,250 for ceremony and reception for up to 6 event hours excluding set up and clean up. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of your rental fee is required. Two security guards are required after 100 guests and one additional guard is required per every 100 guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
