Our in house caterer, Dane Estate Catering, can create custom menus to impress even the most discerning of guests. The rental fee ranges from $850 to $2,000 for the reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $750 and includes an extra hour of event time. All-inclusive packages are available, starting at $115 per person and can vary depending on alcohol options, menu options, and guest count. Included in the package is full call brand open bar for five hours, a custom wedding cake, and choice of a buffet or 3-course plated meal. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. All packages are completely customizable and adding or removing services will alter the price. For any outdoor receptions, a tent rental would be required. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/ half hr. A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
