Set up time can start at 6:00PM. Earlier set up time can be arranged. Events must end by midnight.
The rental fee ranges from $800 to $11,500 for ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a flat $1,500 rental fee for a wedding ceremony. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 and 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the space. Rates listed on the Wedding Spot are for full day space rentals (5 to 8 hours of event time) and in-house catering rates. An approved outside caterer is also an option. Venue rentals for a half day (1 to 4 hours) are available, please inquire with the venue for the half day rates.
