CuriOdyssey is the ideal venue for any event, including: weddings, company retreats, cocktail receptions, b'nai mitzvah, birthday parties, anniversary parties, fundraising events, and more. Our four-tiered Redwood Hall is more than 8,000 square feet and is largely composed of rich, re-purposed wood. For large events, the whole Hall can be rented out and allows for a feeling of intimacy while accommodating up to 350 seated guests. The top level is over 2,000 square feet, and boasts a stunning view of the Bay. The museum is conveniently located off Route 101, just ten minutes from San Francisco International Airport, 20 minutes from the city of San Francisco, and 40 minutes from San Jose. For evening events, guests may have access to our beautiful gardens and our main building, which houses a variety of fascinating interactive exhibits. With prior arrangement with out Wildlife Department, you may also be able to include an up close encounter with one of our many animal ambassadors.

Set up can start as early as 10:00AM. Events can start at 5:00PM. Events must end by 11:00PM.
The rental fee ranges from $2,800 to $5,300 for ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. All wedding packages include taxes, cleaning, staffing, and security fees. A refundable deposit is required. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $275 to $550/hr.
