Dinner begins in the Harbor View room or the Ocean Terrace depending on party size. A cozy fireplace warms the Harbor View room while the Ocean Terrace provides a flexible indoor and outdoor space for guests to enjoy their meal and mingle together while enjoying the breathtaking view. The South Beach Bar is the perfect spot for a band or DJ and you’ll dance into the night with the stars twinkling above the bay. Set up time can start as early as 9:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.
For most locations, there is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. To have your reception at the Beachfront Lawn, there is a $2,000 facility fee. The venue allows for 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. No rental fee is required for other Sam's Chowder House event spaces. Entire venue can be rented out, inquire with Sam's Chowder House Wedding Coordinator for more details. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $400/hr. A refundable security deposit of ~$3,200 is required or the equivalent of 50% of your site rental.
