Flexible start time. Events must end by midnight, in the event of a full property buyout the end time can be flexible.
There is a rental fee for the reception which depends on the space/spaces used as well as a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows for 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up. A nonrefundable security deposit of half of the wedding cost is required.
