    The perfect serene Florida wedding venue, for up to 350 guests, you have always imagined is at your reach here at Point Washington Preserve ("PWP") in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! PWP, is South Walton's newest covered pavilion wedding and event venue, can accommodate 350 people and is quietly nestled in 300 acres of state forest. This venue is the most picturesque setting you could ask for. The deep wooded look will complement you and your significant other beautifully as you say your “I do’s"... and then stay the night and relax in the attached 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin before you take off on your honeymoon.

     

    The facility will host weddings, receptions, corporate events and much more, including retreats for scientists and engineers sponsored by the Good Samaritan Institute.

     

    Your one of a kind wedding will create heartfelt memories for you and your guests that will last through many generations.

    Venue notes

    The rental fee is $3000 for a ceremony and/or reception and includes 14 hours of event time including set up and clean-up time. Pavilion, Cottage and grounds are included in the rental fee.

    - Can fit more than 350+ guest if no tables are used!

    - Want a beach wedding? You can get married on the beach, then have your reception here

    - 4-Built-in wireless BOSE speakers, can work with iphone even

    - Solar being install (generator for back-up to supply all structures)
